Preventative/Maintenance Program - Preventative, monthly, bi-monthly, every-other-month, quarterly and 3X – inspection and treatment (liquid applicaton along foundation and along eves/entry points to keep problem from re-emerging), make recommendations re: outside conditions such as vegation against house that must be cut back/clogged gutters, etc. Who should do preventative – if you’ve had problems on and off/frequently Pest Control – call with a problem, ask questions, set a time to come out. Inspect/evaluate, do treatment – with rodents it’s different because they set up traps and bait boxes and have to do a follow-up a couple weeks later. Insect work is 90-day warranty. Bed bugs chemical – 2 weeks out follow-up treatment. No warranty.
